What will you do

Lead business development initiatives for climate resilience projects within the Water & Maritime sector in Indonesia.

Identify and pursue new opportunities with government agencies, private sector, and international development organizations.

Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships to expand market presence.

Prepare and deliver high‑quality proposals, bids, and presentations aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet environmental, social, and engineering standards.

Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform business strategies.

What you bring

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in infrastructure, water resources, or environmental sectors.

Educational Background: Degree in Coastal Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or Environmental & Social Sciences (Master’s degree preferred).

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with climate resilience strategies, coastal protection, water resource management, and environmental/social impact frameworks.

Skills

Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and proposal writing abilities.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi‑stakeholder engagements.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with international donors or development banks.

Understanding of Indonesian regulatory environment and local market dynamics.

Leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset.
