This is not a junior position. One experienced specialist is required to manage and execute SEO, Google Ads, and paid social (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple B2B and B2C accounts.
The role suits someone who already knows what to do without waiting for step-by-step instructions. Strategy needs to be translated into action quickly, efficiently, and confidently. The expectation is simple: build clear plans, execute them properly, and prove results with data.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Google Ads (SEM)
Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns independently
Identify performance gaps and implement improvements proactively
Manage budgets with ROI in mind
Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns correctly from the start
Monitor search terms, clear negatives, and refine targeting regularly
Report clearly on performance, conversions, and return on ad spend
SEO
Develop and execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page)
Conduct full website audits and prioritise actions based on impact
Identify ranking opportunities and content gaps
Optimise existing pages and guide new content direction
Manage backlink strategy and authority growth
Track rankings, traffic growth, and conversion improvements
Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta platforms
Set up correct tracking and event measurement
Test creatives, audiences, and funnels
Scale what works and cut what doesn’t
Align paid social strategy with broader marketing goals
Analytics & Tracking
Ensure accurate tracking across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Set up, test, and validate tracking before campaigns scale
Monitor data integrity and fix issues before they affect reporting
Who This Role Is For
3+ years proven experience managing SEO and paid ads (Google + Meta)
Experience handling both B2B and B2C accounts
Confident building strategies, not just following instructions
Highly proactive — problems are identified and solved without prompting
Comfortable managing multiple accounts without constant supervision
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to clearly show results
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Must speak english
