General Manager for Villa in Sukabumi

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business of a Farmstay in Sukabumi, West Java including managing the organic farm. They will be responsible for business direction, maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations

of the Farmstay Villa and organic farm, ensuring smooth guest experiences and efficient farm management. Develop and implement strategic plans

to guide the long‑term growth and sustainability of the business. Lead and manage staff

across hospitality and farming functions, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Monitor and analyze financial performance , preparing and interpreting reports to support informed decision‑making. Promote sustainability and cultural integration

by incorporating organic farming practices and respecting Sundanese traditions in operations.

Qualifications

A self‑motivated problem solver with the ability to design and implement effective systems Bachelor degree in any fields (Agriculture background will be an advantage) Visionary Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial reports. Familiarity with the Sundanese culture Experienced in managing people in hospitality industry (at least 4 years as General Manager, or other team management role) Experienced in working abroad will be highly beneficial Experienced in organic farming and sustainability in an advantage
