Data Analyst

Responsibilities Perform exploratory data analysis on subscription business metrics (churn, retention, revenue, user behavior, etc.) Design and develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and initiative progress for Business and Product teams Build and maintain data marts for subscription-related data (dimensional modeling, fact/dimension tables) Perform regular and ad hoc report. Work closely with Business, Product, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions

Technical Skills Advanced SQL (complex queries, window functions, performance tuning) Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Looker) Experience in data modeling and building data marts Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift) is a plus
