Job Description
Role Purpose:
Drive strategic growth and operational excellence for the food service (OOH) channel by developing and executing business plans, building strong customer relationships, managing budgets, identifying market opportunities, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement the national food service strategy aligned with company objectives
Identify growth opportunities within the food service sector (QSR, HORECA, institutional catering)
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales performance across all food service channels
Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with major food service customers and stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and service excellence
Budget Management
Manage budget effectivity for the food service channel
Monitor budgets, forecast, and ensure cost efficiency
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
Collaborate with marketing and R&D to develop innovative solutions for food service customers
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years in FMCG sales with strong knowledge of food service industry and distribution networks
Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
Leadership and team management experience
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
