What will you do Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and develop Mechanical system for new and existing data centres.

Manage and deliver the mechanical work packages in multiple projects.

Identify the scope, design, and management objectives and deliver project documentation to ensure the quality and flow of information required for contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Production of design calculations, sketch drawings, details of drawings using relevant software (Revit, BIM360, IES, etc) including checking and reviewing of these prior to issue where completed by others. Write technical specifications and reports.

Assist the project manager in the preparation / review of project costs, risk assessments.

Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure continuous technical professional development.

Review contractor pre‑qualifications and prepare tender evaluation summaries for tender reviews.

Evaluate proposals and recommend to the client regarding vendor selection.

Write technical specifications for tenders.

Represent Haskoning on factory acceptance tests and site testing & commissioning activities.

Communicate the status of projects to internal directors and external stakeholders (clients) on an ad‑hoc and formal basis.

What you bring Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience at Data Centre as Mechanical, Piping and HVAC as Field Engineer.

Willing to work at site.

Strong Analysis in Mechanical, HVAC and Cooling System.
