Role Overview

As a Technical Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of full-stack applications while ensuring robust, scalable platform infrastructure. You’ll combine hands-on coding with platform engineering expertise, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of both application development and DevOps best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the overall design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and APIs.

Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), focusing on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases.

Optimize platform performance, reliability, and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting).

Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver features and platform improvements.

Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and security.

Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.

Troubleshoot technical and platform-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Software Engineering preferred or Computer Science & related fields OR proven results on your own creation/product.

5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience, with strong DevOps and platform engineering skills.

Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Knowledge of one or more of these cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Excellent and concise communication skills.

Agile and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.

Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production applications.

Preferred Requirements

Exposure with MLOps or machine learning infrastructure.

Exposure to SaaS or B2B tech products.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (PDPA, privacy laws).
