Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an ERP Sales Development Specalist at Think Tank Solusindo located in Jakarta for ERP product. As an ERP Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of our ERP solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. You also expected to generate more prospects customer that fit our product solutions. You will work closely with our marketing and presales consultant teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns, and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You would be need to be comfortable working with numbers, such as managing sales targets, MQL, SQL and others to achieve your sales target.

Qualifications Prior experience in ERP Sales Executive or Cloud Hosting Solutions industry more than 2 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer needs Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, goals and planning Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Ability to work well in a team environment Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in English and Indonesian Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
