Personal Assistant

to support a busy couple (including an Operations Manager) with their daily lives and villa investment business. This is a remote, freelance contractor position for an Indonesian local who is high-energy, proactive, and exceptionally organized.

The Role

You will act as the \"right hand\" to both the husband and wife, balancing their individual needs while ensuring their household and business investments are managed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities: Daily Personal Assistance:

Manage day-to-day activities and administrative tasks for two individuals. Calendar Management:

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and reminders to ensure no overlaps or missed commitments. Household Support:

Oversee household needs, including communication with domestic staff and managing staff payroll. Villa Management:

Assist with duties related to our villa investment property business (coordination, oversight, and administration).

Requirements

Experience:

3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant (references required). Industry Knowledge:

Previous experience in

Villa Property Management

is essential. Language:

Excellent English (written and verbal) and fluent Bahasa Indonesia. Cultural Context:

Deep understanding of Indonesian culture, local regulations, and business etiquette. Location:

Must be an Indonesian local.

Bonus points if you are based in Bali.
