Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify critical capability gaps and design strategic learning interventions to address them. Partner with leaders and HRBPs to design career development and leadership programs. Lead initiatives related to talent acceleration, succession planning, and leadership pipeline readiness. Design frameworks for learning needs analysis, competency mapping, and development roadmaps. Evaluate learning impact and recommend continuous improvements based on insights and data. Build a culture of learning through digital learning solutions, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Capability. Proven track record in designing and implementing L&D strategies or leadership programs. Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning outcomes to business impact. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Passionate about people growth, learning innovation, and strategic talent development.
