This is a part-time hybrid role as a Tubular Running Service Trainer. The role involves conducting training sessions on tubular running services, designing effective training materials, and ensuring skill development for both new and experienced personnel. The trainer will also assess trainee performance, ensure best practices are followed, and support the implementation of industry standards. The trainer must also be capable of delivering hands-on and theoretical training on the following equipment: Hawk Jaw Power Tong Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) Casing Running Tool (CRT) Volant Qualifications

Technical expertise in Tubular Running Services, oil field operations, and equipment handling Proven experience in operating and teaching the use of Torque Turn Computer, Hawk Jaw, Power Tong, Hydraulic Power Unit, Handling Tools, Drawworks CRT, and Casing Running Tool (CRT) Volant Experience in training development, instructional design, and skills assessment Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering engaging training programs Proficiency in writing and maintaining training documentation Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and manage scheduling efficiently Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations Relevant certifications and exposure to the oil and gas sector are preferred
