Job Description
Develop and maintain end-to-end anti-fraud, kyc, and risk frameworks for e-wallet and payment services, covering onboarding, transaction rules and monitoring, investigations, and incident management.
Define rules and criteria for user onboarding, top-up, account upgrade, payments, and transactions.
Establish clear actions for potential risk conditions for both new and existing users (e.g., flag, lock, or blacklist).
Implement preventive and detective controls to mitigate risks, such as transaction monitoring, merchant/partner due diligence, and system safeguards.
Monitor key risk indicators, analyze suspicious activities, and apply early intervention to minimize fraud losses.
Investigate fraud cases (e.g., account takeovers, merchant misuse, cash-out abuse) and lead incident response.
Partner with respective units (Compliance, Customer Service, Legal, Internal Audit, etc.) to ensure compliance with BI and OJK regulations, including timely submission of regulatory reports.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Legal teams to embed risk controls into new products and business processes.
Support internal, external, and regulatory audits, ensuring sustainable remediation of findings.
Drive fraud and risk awareness through staff training and company-wide campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Economics, Finance, Risk, Statistics, IT, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in risk and/or fraud management in fintech, e-wallet, or banking.
Strong knowledge of BI/OJK regulations, KYC, AML/CFT, and payment systems.
Experience with fraud detection tools, transaction monitoring, and risk analytics.
Proven ability to implement controls and reduce fraud/risk exposures.
Strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills.
Handsโon experience with data analytics (SQL, Python, BI tools) to detect anomalies, build monitoring dashboards, and support fraud investigations.
Certifications in antiโfraud or risk management are an advantage.
