Sales Representative (B2B & B2G)

Responsibilities: Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead gen → pitching → proposals → closing). Manage and expand B2B and B2G client portfolios, including corporate and government institutions. Identify new potential customers. Deliver tailored presentations & pitching materials. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of sales experience in media, creative, digital, or consulting industries, with proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong communication & client-handling skills. Proactive, results-driven, and fast-paced. Able to join immediately and willing to work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
