Monitor and analyze aftersales performance to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
Evaluate and propose improvements to dealer aftersales layout (service area, waiting room, customer flow) to improve efficiency, comfort, and service effectiveness.
Collect, process, and analyze customer satisfaction data (CSI, complaints, feedback, survey results) to identify improvement opportunities.
Support dealer aftersales improvement programs, including service process optimization and customer experience enhancement.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to aftersales performance and improvement progress.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in aftersales, service operation, dealer development, or related functions (fresh graduates with strong analytical and technical skills are welcome to apply).
Able to use layout and design tools for dealer improvement planning (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings or layout plans is an advantage.
Willing to conduct field visits and coordinate closely with dealers.
Skills
Strong analytical and data processing skills, especially in customer satisfaction and service performance data.
Good understanding of aftersales operations and service processes.
Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen-oriented).
Ability to translate analysis into practical improvement actions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, data visualization skills are a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and dealers.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
