Tax Manager (Mining - Jakarta)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00).

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Accounting or Tax, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.

Experience in the Mining industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.

Proven experience managing tax compliance, tax audits, tax disputes, tax court proceedings, and tax refund (restitution) processes.

Experienced in tax planning and fiscal reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Ability to oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external audits.

Up-to-date knowledge of changes in PSAK and tax regulations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.

Willing to be based in Cikini, Central Jakarta.
