Responsibilities

Conduct actual measurement of employee competencies.

Determine appropriate methods and prepare training requirements.

Evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and support employees in maximizing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Eager to learn with good communication skills.

Able to work both in a team and independently.
