Curriculum Designer – Football/Futsal (Sparks Sports)

We’re looking for a Curriculum Designer for Football/Futsal who will create high-quality lesson plans and train coaches to ensure excellent program delivery for kids and youth (ages 5–18). This role combines curriculum development, coach training, and occasional on-field coaching.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging and age‑appropriate Football/Futsal lesson plans for ages 5–18.

Ensure the curriculum aligns with developmental milestones and company standards.

Maintain consistency of lesson plan implementation across all locations.

Train coaches to deliver the curriculum effectively.

Collect feedback from coaches and parents to improve the program.

Work closely with coaches and operations teams to support daily execution.

Coach classes when needed to ensure teaching quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Education, Physical Education, Psychology, or related field; or equivalent coaching experience.

Minimum 3 years coaching kids/youth (5–18 years) in Football/Futsal.

Strong communication skills and passion for working with children.

Open to structured lesson plans and feedback.

Coaching certifications (PSSI D, AFC Level 1) are a plus.

Experience coaching competitive/academy‑level youth players is an advantage.
