Deskripsi Lowongan Senior Staff :

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records.

Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance in line with Indonesian regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Manage and mentoring junior finance team members.

Provide strategic financial insight to Board of Director (BOD).

Kualifikasi

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax operations.Strong ability to analyze transactions and their impact on financial statements.

Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation, preferably Brevet A/B certified.

Proficient in software accounting and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.

High integrity, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta (WFO).
