What youโ€™ll be working on:

Lead, manage, and grow a team of Consultants by driving daily sales activities, providing coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous motivation to achieve business targets.

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client acquisition, IB (Introducing Broker) networks, and overall revenue growth in the Forex/CFD market.

Maintain and expand strong relationships with active clients, IBs, and strategic partners to ensure sustainable business pipelines.

Monitor sales performance, market trends, client behavior, and competitor movements to provide actionable insights and improvement strategies to Sales Manager.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Consultants to ensure strong product knowledge, compliance, and sales capability.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and brokerage operational procedures.

Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management review.

What weโ€™re looking for:

More than 3โ€“5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Forex or CFD brokerage.

Experience in local or offshore brokerage business development is strongly preferred.

Able to communicate in Indonesian and English; Chinese (conversational) is a plus.

Has experience managing sales teams or business units, and able to lead, mentor, and support team performance.

Possesses active networks of clients/IBs, with proven ability to expand business pipelines.

Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape; able to provide suggestions for improvement.

Able to develop, implement, and follow through on business strategies to meet company targets.

Excellent people management and communication skills; able to grow and manage a team (recruitment, onboarding, skill training, etc.).
