Solar Technician

Responsibilities Install and assemble solar panels, inverters, and related equipment Conduct site assessments and prepare tools/materials for installation Perform testing to ensure systems meet design and safety standards Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and performance issues Replace or fix faulty components (panels, wiring, inverters, batteries)

Requirements SMK, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (preferred) Proven 1 year experience in solar PV installation, electrical maintenance or MEP. Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and solar system components. Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certification in electrical/solar installation (PLN, ESDM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
