Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement.

Support sales goals and staff knowledge of promotions and upselling.

Maintain communication with Operations Manager and other departments.

Submit operational reports on sales, staff, and incidents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years in F&B store operations

Hands‑on experience managing shifts and leading teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.

Proficient in using POS systems and basic financial reporting tools.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Knowledge of F&B service standards and best practices.
