Summary The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Assistant Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include benefit administration, compensation, recruitment and retention, and employee relations. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

Human Resources experience in a luxury hotel

Excellent verbal and written communication

High level of computer skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
