Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Medicine .

At least 2 years of experience in product development, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.

Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes.

Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical workflows, and patient care processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, meeting project milestones, and maintaining timelines.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and market requirements.

Assist in conducting market research and analysis to understand hospital trends, customer pain points, and emerging healthcare technologies.

Support the creation of product development strategies and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital representatives, and suppliers, to gather valuable insights and feedback.

Track and report on project progress, identify potential issues, and work with teams to resolve challenges proactively.

Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards throughout the development process.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, providing recommendations for improvements or new product ideas.
