Operator

Minimum Education Senior High School or Diploma (preferably in Engineering)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good English communication skills are an advantage

Communicative, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of quality inspection and ability to operate QC measurement tools (for

Quality Operator )

Able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently (for

Production Material Operator )

Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards

Willing to work in shifts and comply with company rules and safety procedures

Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machines and equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Identify and report any abnormalities or process issues immediately.

Handle, move, and deliver materials or products to the next process accurately and on time (for

Material Operator ).

Follow Shift Leader’s instructions related to production and quality activities.

Record and report all test data accurately and promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace in accordance with

6S principles .

Support quality-related activities such as

FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) , customer complaint handling, and special testing (for

Quality Operator ).

Conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to ensure quality standards.

Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the production line.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
