Digital Marketing Lead

who can turn data, creativity, and speed into real business growth.

You’ll drive our multi-channel digital strategy — from social media to performance ads — and lead cross-functional execution that moves fast, scales big, and delivers measurable results.

What You’ll Do: Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across IG, TikTok, Facebook that build awareness, spark interest, and drive conversions. Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR) and deliver insights that help scale revenue. Manage multi-brand budgets with precision — balancing efficiency and growth. Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to blend data with creativity. Continuously test, analyze, and optimize to improve ROAS and cost per result. Oversee performance marketing campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization. Stay ahead of trends, formats, and algorithms to keep Rocketindo brands top-of-mind.

What We’re Looking For: Strategic & Data-Driven Understands funnels, analytics, and how to turn numbers into strategy. Strong analytical mindset with a love for storytelling through data. Performance Marketing Expertise Experience with TikTok Spark Ads, GMV Max, Meta Advantage+, CAPI integrations, and Affiliate Marketing. Hands-on experience in beauty or wellness campaigns (Indonesia or SEA markets). Ownership & Speed Works fast, takes responsibility, and executes with high accountability in a fast-growth environment. Detail-Oriented, Yet Big Picture Sharp with data and operations but always aligned with long-term brand and business goals.
