Job Description

Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and business objectives

Manage the material requirements planning (MRP) process, including inventory management and procurement coordination

Analyze production capacity, resource constraints, and material availability to create feasible and optimized production plans

Identify and resolve production planning and scheduling issues, implementing corrective actions as needed

Continuously monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement

Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Supply Chain Manager on production planning, scheduling, and optimization

Collaborate with production, inventory, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration / Management / Engineering or related field

Certified CPIM (Certified Planning and Inventory Management) or CSCA (Certified Supply Chain Analyst) or equivalent

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and planning

Fluent in English

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) and ERP Systems

Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Self‑initiative, problem‑solving mindset, and result‑driven attitude

Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team effectively

Excellent communication skills
