Brand Manager

About the role As the Brand Manager at PT Biosphere Indonesia Cosmetics, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's portfolio of cosmetic brands. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, and you will play a key role in driving the strategic growth and success of our brand offerings.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights that inform brand planning and development

Manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle, including product launches, packaging, pricing, and promotional campaigns

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless brand execution

Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimisation

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure brand compliance and differentiation

Lead and mentor a team of brand specialists to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative brand management function

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies that drive growth and customer engagement

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and brand aesthetics

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences
