Job Description :
a. Develop and execute the consumer electronics sales strategy, setting ambitious sales targets.
b. Manage the full sales cycle for consumer electronics, including promoting and selling products to dealers, points of sale, and other channels.
c. Lead, mentoring, and monitor the sales team’s performance to ensure productivity and alignment with business goals.
d. Analyze market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and recommend strategic actions to expand and develop the consumer electronics business.
e. Address potential operational issues promptly and suggest effective solutions.
f. Develop innovative sales processes or techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.
Qualifications & Requirements :
a. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
b. Minimum of 6 years in Sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the Consumer Electronics preferable.
c. MUST Fluent English for daily working communication (spoken and written).
d. If selected, the interview will be done in English.
