Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented
Event Manager
to support our
Brand Experience
team. This role involves assisting with managing on-site execution, and coordinating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll need to be adaptable, organized, and able to handle real-time problem-solving during live events.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and execution events and ensure smooth on-site operations
Coordinate with Event Organizers (EO), vendors, and internal stakeholders
Assist in developing event schedules and operational checklists
Communicate effectively with clients during event setup and execution
Provide quick solutions to on-site issues as they arise
Prepare event documentation and reports using PowerPoint, Word, and other tools
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in event management or a similar role
Fluent in English is a Must
Experience supporting on-site event logistics and coordination
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and responsive under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
