Charging Station Repair Manager / Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to monitor daily faults, analyze issues, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs of EV charging stations. The role requires evaluating charger/station performance, conducting quality checks, coordinating with V‑Green, service partners, and suppliers, supervising maintenance activities, tracking performance, managing spare‑parts planning, supporting technical training, collecting field data, and preparing regular reports.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily faults, analyze issues, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs.

Analyze charger/station data to evaluate performance and maintenance needs.

Conduct spot checks on repair and maintenance quality (on‑site or via camera).

Coordinate with V‑Green, service partners, and suppliers to resolve incidents and implement upgrades.

Supervise and validate repair, warranty, and preventive maintenance activities.

Track maintenance performance, reconcile service costs, and manage spare‑parts planning and distribution.

Support technical training and ensure service quality compliance.

Collect field data, prepare regular reports, and perform other assigned tasks or project duties.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.

2–3 years (Specialist) or 5–7 years (Manager) experience in EV charging station operation/repair; preference for candidates from charger manufacturers or installation/maintenance contractors.

Good knowledge of diagnostic systems and electrical/electronic components in charging stations.

Strong technical analysis, teamwork, and communication skills; project management and training skills for Supervisor roles.

Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
