Project Officer - English Academy Center (Jakarta)

Job Descriptions Provide regular updates and reports to the Business and Operations PIC regarding the Expansion Project. Collaborate closely with regional teams to follow up on location sourcing and selection. Collaborate closely with the Project Team to conduct site surveys for English Academy centers. Update, coordinate, and oversee all legal and licensing procedures related to expansion. Monitor and manage the bidding process for the renovation of English Academy centers. Supervise and ensure timely execution of renovation works at English Academy centers. Procure, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of assets and furniture for new English Academy centers.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines. Proficient in using spreadsheets, with basic to advanced level. Good project management and organizational skills. Ability to process multiple information streams and execute multiple tasks simultaneously. ⁠Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented. Willing to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively with team members.
