Document and Customer Service - Semarang Work in the Customer Relations Officer (CRO) role at Kintetsu World Express Indonesia, delivering excellent customer service in export/import freight forwarding operations.

Requirements:

Having at least 2 years’ experience with a similar position in International Freight Forwarding.

Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics industry and operational procedures, including Customs Clearance.

Customer satisfaction oriented.

Manage shipping schedule from liners and booking.

Monitoring documents (BL process/production, manifest).

Pre‑alert customer/destination office for departure, vessel delay, rollover over cargo or unclearance cargo.

Follow up any issues/inquiries from customers/agents.
