About the Role We are looking for a high-performing

Talent Acquisition Contractor

to join our global TA team on a 6-month assignment. This role will focus on

strategic overseas hiring , with a strong emphasis on

EMEA and Asia markets , driving talent pipelines across critical business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for regional and global roles, with a focus on EMEA and Asia. Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent. Build and manage strong pipelines in

crypto, fintech, technology, and other digital-first industries . Drive sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market mapping, and talent intelligence. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision-making. Champion a best-in-class candidate experience across diverse geographies.

Key Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience , preferably in-house or executive search. Strong industry exposure to

crypto, fintech, tech, internet, e-commerce, or other fast-paced digital sectors . Bilingual in English and Chinese

(spoken & written) – essential for cross-border stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to manage and influence

global senior stakeholders . Solid knowledge of

technology, fintech, and crypto ecosystems , with the ability to quickly understand new business models.
