Hydraulic and Electrical Technician

A Hydraulic and Electrical Technician installs, maintains, and repairs integrated electro-hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, actuators, and control panels. They troubleshoot complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and must be able to read hydraulic and electrical schematics to diagnose faults. A Technician must be able to read and understand manuals, drawings and have a good understanding of hydraulic and electrical components. Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, and control valves.Electrical Maintenance: Repair electrical components, including sensors, wiring, relays, and PLC controls associated with hydraulic machinery.Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on systems to prevent failure, following technical manuals and schematics.Installation & Commissioning: Install new hydraulic and electronic components on existing or new machinery.
