WE’RE HIRING – SALES MANAGER MEDAN (LOCAL HIRING)
We are looking for a
Sales Manager
who will play a critical role in driving commercial growth, expanding our B2B customer base, and leading the sales in our Medan branch.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team in the logistics industry.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
✔ Driving sales growth and achieving branch commercial targets
✔ Expanding B2B customer base and developing strategic accounts
✔ Leading, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the sales team
✔ Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company targets
✔ Building strong relationships with key clients and partners
✔ Monitoring market trends and identifying new logistics opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Minimum
5–7 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
Proven track record in achieving
sales targets and business development
Strong understanding of
freight forwarding, warehousing, or logistics services
Leadership experience in
managing or supervising a sales team
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of
local market dynamics in Medan
Preferably
currently based in Medan
