Guest Experience Manager – Hyatt Regency Bali
Hyatt Regency Bali is a delightful beachfront hotel in Sanur, built on nine hectares of lush tropical gardens. The resort is elegantly designed with a modern Balinese touch and overlooks the Indian Ocean.
Job Purpose
As Guest Experience Manager you will be responsible for contributing to increased guest satisfaction and for creating and maintaining Guest Experience in accordance with Hyatt Brand Standards.
Responsibilities
Contribute to increasing guest satisfaction and to creating and maintaining Guest Experience with regards to the Hyatt Brand Standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years work experience at the same position in a luxurious hotel.
Must display strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience and understanding of guest service.
Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
A team player with proven leadership ability and a positive attitude.
Position is only for Indonesian nationals.
