Role Overview This role sits at the intersection of retail partners, commercial execution, and ecosystem enablement. You will focus on accelerating a Customer Ecosystem that helps retail partners operate better, scale sustainably, and deliver a stronger consumer experience.

Rather than building technology or running daily operations, this role is about enabling business impact—by identifying opportunities, shaping value-driven use cases, and ensuring adoption and scalability across channels and markets.

Job Description Understand end-to-end retail partner operations, including ordering, fulfillment, store execution, and performance improvement Identify pain points and opportunity gaps across customer touchpoints and commercial–supply chain interactions Translate business challenges into clear, value-based use cases (what to enable and why) Support early adoption and business readiness of ecosystem capabilities Observe execution patterns and convert insights into structured playbooks and improvement loops Assess readiness and scalability of capabilities across channels and markets Act as a connector across Commercial, Supply Chain, Consumer, Product, and Technology teams Ensure ecosystem initiatives stay focused on partner enablement, simplicity, and measurable impact

Requirements 3–7 years of experience in commercial excellence, operations, business transformation, consulting, or ecosystem enablement Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or platform-based environments is a strong plus Strong ability to identify, structure, and prioritize business problems Comfortable working with business performance data and insights Able to translate complex realities into clear narratives and actionable priorities Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without formal authority Outcome-oriented mindset with focus on adoption and long-term scalability
