Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.

Experience / Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing F&B Service and Kitchen teams, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.

Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, HACCP principles, and equipment maintenance.

Strong operational and administrative capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, staff scheduling, and efficient workflow planning.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest‑centric approach paired with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
