Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Recruitment and Development in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas. Conduct Recruitment activities/events and arranging the delivery of recruitment event program as scheduled.
Develop recruitment and activity tools, including training Agency Leaders to become recruiters and developers.
Responsible for developing and delivering 90‑day program for new recruits.
Coordinate, deliver and monitor activity events in branches with Agency Leaders.
Responsible to increase productivity in recruitment and active agents.
Responsible to socialize, implement and increase the usage of digital recruitment and activity tools.
Provide reports and analysis of recruitment, activities and update progress to CAO.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, any major.
Min. 5 years in life insurance industry as a leader.
Leadership, presentation skill, public speaking, recruitment and development expertise, wide network.
MS Office, Power Point.
