Project Architect

Job Description:

Conduct surveys and analyses of buildings, sites, and surrounding environments Assess environmental impact and analyze affected areas Develop masterplans for area development aligned with user needs, company objectives, regulatory requirements, and environmental conditions Create visualizations, conceptual designs, and masterplan proposals Collaborate within cross-functional teams to execute development projects within defined scope Coordinate with designers and stakeholders on land use planning and building zoning Drive development, innovation, and evaluation efforts to support sustainable environmental planning, while staying up to date with emerging knowledge, technologies, and global trends

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Master’s degree in Urban Design Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in master planning or urban design Proficient in

AutoCAD ,

SketchUp

(and/or similar simulation software),

Adobe Illustrator,

InDesign , and Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in planning and design Proven team player with strong collaboration skills Highly responsible and demonstrates strong integrity
