We are a regulated P2P Lending company strengthening our organizational capability and compliance framework. To support our Human Capital leadership, we are seeking a mature and resilient
HR Manager
to lead operational HR in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role will work closely with the
AVP Human Capital
to ensure strong execution, compliance alignment, and organizational stability.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations
• Supervise HR team including C&B/Payroll and HR Operations
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure reporting accuracy
• Execute compliance processes in alignment with OJK and Indonesian labor regulations
• Handle Industrial Relations cases and workforce adjustments
• Lead recruitment execution aligned with approved manpower planning
• Prepare structured HR operational reports for management
• Report directly to the Country Head of HR
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within Fintech / P2P Lending
Strong exposure to OJK regulatory environment
Proven experience handling Industrial Relations cases
Experience navigating fast-changing and high-pressure business dynamics
Strong stakeholder management capability
High integrity, structured thinking, and calm under pressure
