Requirements
Female/Male, max 28 years old
Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting).
Familiar with TikTok Shop ecosystem, including performance ads, affiliate programs, and promotional mechanics.
Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics and basic CRM metrics (retention rate, repeat purchase rate, LTV).
Experience reading and analyzing performance data to identify trends and propose optimization ideas.
Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting tools.
Good understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing fundamentals.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
Proactive, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing campaigns.
