Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Developing and executing corporate financial strategies to drive business growth. Managing financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting. Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Overseeing investment evaluations and capital allocation projects. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Preparing detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement. Requirements :

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in FMCG's Industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proven experience in corporate finance or a similar role in the property industry. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
