Responsibilities

Deliver quality legal services for the firm's clients

Lead legal projects and/or cases assigned by the firm

Train and develop associates to help them excel in their roles

Participate in the firm’s activities beyond legal services and champion initiatives for the firm’s development

Maintain and develop professional networks

Contribute to the firm’s efforts in creating a healthy work environment

Requirements

Bachelor degree in law from a reputable university; a master degree will be an advantage

5–9 years of experience in the legal industry, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel in a company. Admission to the Indonesian bar (advocate license) will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations and the ability to conduct legal research

Good communication and relationship skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbal and written

Strong yet pleasant personality with commercial awareness

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks assigned

Able to work individually or as part of a team

Able to manage a team and transfer skills as well as provide support and guidance to more junior members of the team

Strong ethical values and the ability to navigate the practical realities when delivering legal services
