Responsibility

Refer to the workflow outlining the sequence of tasks for field operators.

Receive task from SSV during shift meeting and report back to SSV before shift handover.

Record instrument and equipment condition or parameter based on field operator checklist.

Inform SSV for any finding or deviation found on the field.

Assigning tags to identify any issues requiring maintenance assistance and potentially requiring an extended period for repair.

Check permit to work from maintenance and monitor the activities to make sure all activities conducted based on JOHAN and procedure provided on work permit.

Respond to emergencies such as chemical spills, fires, or equipment failures by following emergency procedures.

Prepare equipment by draining or conducting blowdowns and purging to ensure it is safe for the maintenance team to work on.

Regular pump, reactor, filter and membrane switching as scheduled or as needed based on field findings.

Taking sample for experiment and analysis in a laboratory process.

Patrol area equipment and piping, logging instrument, for assigned system.

Monitor Chemical stock (Na2SO3) level, conduct Na2SO3 dumping, make Na2SO3 10% solution, and coordinate with SSV for chemical stock delivery from warehouse.

Qualifications

Min. D3 majoring in Chemical Engineering.

2-3 years experience, preferably in EDC plant. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.

Good in english skills both spoken & written.

Willing to working as shift schedule.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (CAA)
