Collaborate with team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Ensure the implementation of effective screening methods to identify qualified candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Meeting hiring targets according to the specified deadlines. Exploring and striving to increase the talent pool from job portals. Achieve the predetermined OKR/KPI targets. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition with a proven full-cycle recruitment record, experience as a recruitment consultant/headhunter is a plus Proficient in sourcing via job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software This position requires you to work on a

contract basis with success/placement fee

with possibility of extension
