Marketing Lead (F&B)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, offline activations, and PR.

Manage and oversee the brand’s positioning, messaging, and storytelling to create a strong market presence.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product Development to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B, retail, or FMCG industries.

Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.
