Foundation: linktr.ee/nitibasapartner PT : linktr.ee/nitibasaku Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Fundraising & Partnership Lead based in South Jakarta to secure funding through CSR, grants, donations, and strategic partnerships. This is a performance-based leadership role with uncapped commission, designed for professionals seeking impact, network, and long-term leverage rather than a fixed salary. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential donors, CSR partners, grant providers, and investors Develop and present funding proposals, pitch decks, and partnership concepts Lead communication and negotiation with external stakeholders Represent Nitibasa in meetings, forums, and partnership discussions Coordinate internally to align funding with program impact Maintain basic reporting and partnership documentation What You Get - Leadership role & official title (CV & LinkedIn ready) - Direct access to donors, CSR managers, NGOs, and international partners - Uncapped commission (success-based): - Donations / CSR: 10–15% - Grant / investment: 5–7% - Name inclusion in proposals, MoUs, and official documents - Portfolio of real projects, not simulations - Certificate & recommendation letter upon successful contribution - Opportunity for international exposure & long-term collaboration ⚠️ Important Note This role does not provide a fixed salary Compensation is 100% performance-based Commission is paid only for funds successfully secured Ideal Candidate - Based in Jakarta Selatan (Kemang, Kuningan, SCBD, Tebet, Cilandak preferred) -Background in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, NGO, business development, or sales - Comfortable with performance-based compensation - Strong communication & negotiation skills - Self-driven, independent, and impact-oriented - English proficiency is a plus Why Join Nitibasa?
