Job Summary The QC Team Member is responsible for conducting quality inspections during and after the assembly process of electric vehicles (EV) to ensure products meet company standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. This role supports production by identifying defects, reporting issues, and assisting in maintaining high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities In-Process Quality Inspection Inspect assembly processes on the production line. Check installation of components such as battery pack, wiring harness, dashboard, seats, and exterior parts. Ensure correct torque, alignment, and fitment according to work instructions. Final Quality Check Perform visual and functional inspection of finished EV units. Verify electrical systems, lighting, infotainment, and charging functions. Ensure no cosmetic defects (scratch, dent, gap unevenness). Testing Support Assist in functional testing and basic troubleshooting. Record inspection and testing results accurately. Report abnormal findings to QC Leader or Supervisor. Defect Reporting & Control Identify and segregate defective units or parts. Support root cause analysis activities. Follow up corrective actions with Production and Engineering teams. Documentation Complete inspection check sheets and quality reports. Ensure proper documentation for audit and traceability purposes. Compliance & Safety Follow company quality standards and SOP. Comply with safety regulations in the production area. Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications Minimum Senior High School / Vocational School (SMK) or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field. Fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred. Basic knowledge of assembly process and quality inspection. Able to use measuring tools (caliper, torque wrench, multimeter is a plus). Detail-oriented and disciplined. Able to work in a team and shift system.
