Vendor Invoice Processing:

Responsible for receiving, verifying, and preliminary review of vendor invoices to ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoice information.

Payment Initiation and Tracking:

Responsible for identifying large payments requiring formal approval workflows, timely preparing and submitting necessary documents; continuously tracking the approval and execution status of the workflow to ensure timely payment.

Responsible for completely preparing and organizing all required supporting documents (including Payment Vouchers) for all payments to be executed, for final verification by the internet banking review personnel.

Payment Planning and Coordination:

Develop reasonable payment plans based on invoice due dates and company status; proactively communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth payment processing.

Payment Execution:

Strictly follow internal controls and approval requirements, responsible for inputting and executing operations on the internet banking payment system; promptly notify approvers at each stage to ensure accurate and timely payment.

Expense Reimbursement Initial Review:

Conduct initial review of employee expense and travel reimbursement forms according to company policies, ensuring the compliance and reasonableness of the claims.

Accounts Payable Documentation Management and Filing:

Conduct hardcopy filing of all relevant payable vouchers, documents, and payment records.

Petty Cash and Sundry Expense Recording:

Responsible for timely and accurate recording of all petty cash and sundry expenses, ensuring every expenditure has complete, valid vouchers compliant with financial requirements.

Issuance of Sales Invoices for the Indonesia Region

Qualifications

Associate Degree or higher, with a major in Accounting or Business-related fields preferred.

At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or related work (excellent fresh graduates are welcome).

Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous.

Proficient in using common computer office software for data processing, verification, and table preparation.

Rigorous, meticulous, and highly proactive.
